Talk about welcoming! The staff and customers seem more like a group from Toby Kieth’s Chancey’s Tavern Song! We are from out of town but they treated us like one of their own. The food was great! My wife loved the chili , I had a bacon burger an onion rings. The customers and staff sang low to various songs which was really cool to see. Happy Thanksgiving and Merry Christmas y’all
Neat little country diner. Lots of variety on the menu. Reasonable prices. We had the open face turkey sandwich, grilled chicken salad, along with appetizer wings and fried green beans. Good stuff, and we got onion rings too and they were the biggest hit (which is saying something)

It’s not easy to find a place that feels like home, especially with a little one, but this cafe manages to do just that. Highly recommend.
Oh....my....God, the food was hot, fresh, crispy, and absolutely delicious. The hostess is very friendly and great looking. This is some down home cooking right here. I will drive 5hrs from Charleston Best Virginia just to eat here again. A!!!!
Arrived on a busy Saturday afternoon after a morning hike nearby. Staff were considerate and kind even though the place was at capacity. Quick hustle from the wait staff cleared a table in a few minutes. Patrons were casual but energetic with sports broadcasts competing with the jukebox. Ample servings, good value, clearly a local favorite. Recommend!

Good food and great service. I got my dinner fried chicken with mash potatoes, and it was a great choice! Chicken was juicy and tasty. Gravy was . Good atmosphere. They also have small outdoor seating.
